Description The SGFCF2002S-D is a partially pre-matched 20W GaN amplifier with an integrated 2W driver stage. It is housed in a low-cost plastic package. The two stage amplifier offers high power and high gain, as well as excellent efficiency. It is suitable for use in broadband applications from DC to 3 GHz. User-defined input, inter-stage and output matching circuits allow the performance to be tuned for specific band of interest.
